Growing up has never been easy, but in today's world the challenges seem to be multiplying. We live in an age full of opportunities, but also pressures, uncertainties and changes that can make the transition from childhood to adulthood particularly complex.

What are the main difficulties?
- Hyperconnectedness: between social media, smartphones and a constant bombardment of information, young people have to learn to manage a constant stream of stimuli that can create anxiety and affect self-esteem.
- Social pressures and expectations: "Being perfect" seems to be the norm, whether it's academic success, physical appearance or personal achievement. This can lead to a sense of inadequacy.
- The weight of uncertainty: climate change, economic instability and rapid transformations in the world of work make the future less predictable and more stressful.
- Emotional loneliness: paradoxically, despite the fact that we are always connected, many young people feel isolated or unable to truly share their emotions.

How to address these challenges?
Growing up today requires new tools and appropriate support.
- Educating for mindfulness: cultivating the ability to live in the present and recognize one's emotions through practices such as Mindfulness.
- Building a support network: family, friends, teachers and therapists can offer listening and guidance, creating a safe space to express doubts and fears.
- Promoting authenticity: stop chasing unrealistic standards and learn to value yourself for who you really are.

A Message for Parents and Educators
