"THE ONLY PERSON YOU ARE DESTINED TO BECOME IS THE PERSON YOU DECIDE TO BE".

Ralph Waldo Emerson

"The choice of a psychotherapist is never easy, it can give rise to many doubts, fears and perplexities, to the point of deciding to backtrack, thus avoiding starting a path of treatment and well-being. It is important to understand, however, that this feeling of fear is healthy, an indication of our desire for security and to be able to rely on someone competent. In fact, the choice itself is part of the therapeutic path, we can say that it represents the very first step of a very important path.Trust yourself and your feelings when you come into contact with a professional and you will not go wrong. One of the secrets of the therapeutic relationship lies in the relationship and in empathy.

"THE BEST THINGS ARE ACHIEVED
ONLY WITH THE GREATEST PASSION."

Goethe

"We give voice to pain through psychotherapy. We allow the inner chaos we are experiencing to be transformed into calm and clarity. Psychotherapy in fact has great power and allows us to start again from ourselves, overcoming and understanding what is happening to us. Grief can become a bridge to a more acceptable and less tormented dimension.

    TO WHOM I TURN

My approach allows me to work with the individual as a whole and throughout his or her life. I work with children, adolescents, adults and the elderly, obviously differentiating the type of intervention according to the request, the phase of life and the problem reported.

The aim is the search for well-being, improvement of the quality of life and resolution of suffering.

My motto is: we can all be happy.

WHEN TO DECIDE TO START PSYCHOTHERAPY AND TO RELY ON AN EXPERT

Deciding to start psychotherapy is undoubtedly a courageous choice, most often made in a moment of pain or difficulty. Not knowing what it is all about, one might be afraid to entrust oneself to a stranger to whom one can confess secrets and thoughts. However, the reality is very different, starting a psychotherapy can be compared to a journey of knowledge within ourselves, an inner dialogue guided and controlled where the expert to whom we rely knows what are the objectives and what are the stages of the path.

Psychotherapy becomes synonymous with growth, knowledge and the resolution of difficulties, all in the utmost safety and security. In fact, the psychotherapist is not only a serious, well-prepared and trained professional, who has carried out a long course of psychotherapy on himself, but is also obliged by law to maintain professional secrecy. Everything you confide in him and talk about will always remain in the therapy room, virtual or not, and will only be used for the purpose of achieving well-being. We can therefore consider psychotherapy as a journey or a flight towards freedom but made with a big parachute that protects us.

    THINGS CAN BE DIFFERENT

Talking to someone who is trained to listen can help alleviate suffering and help you find fulfilment in life. Often it is our autopilot that takes over and counselling can help empower yourself with greater self-awareness to help break cycles of behaviour that may instead continue to repeat.

"Deciding to start psychotherapy is an act of love towards ourselves because being well should be our right."
